What I do for wellbeing

This post explores the following areas of wellbeing:
- Practices, habits, and routines
When thinking about what I can do for wellbeing, so many ideas flood my mind. I can do different things that I love, like paint, listen to a vinyl on my record player, eat some yummy food, bake, play Just Dance, listen to some music, go on a walk, and much more.
While there are a lot of things I know I can do to better my mood and wellbeing, when you're in a negative mindset, it may be hard to remember those things. I'm lucky to have a very supportive partner that has memorized all of my wind-down activities and who reminds me of what I love when I forget.
