This post explores the following areas of wellbeing:
I believe most of my fears, hopes, and dreams for the future can stem off of intergenerational trauma. As a Chinese born Canadian, my family does not follow well being practices and there are constant fear of financial insecurity. I try to remind myself to take care of myself and follow through with my practices that help me grow and brings happiness in my day to day lifestyle.
I can hold onto hope and go day by day with the feeling of the unknown. I hope that everyone can be more present in their day to day so we can continue to hold onto our dreams to changing the world to a better place. Especially with everything political going on in this world.

I can relate to the constant fear of financial instability... Even if you're in an okay financial situation, it's that nagging thought at the back of your mind that it can all be taken away. I love the way you look at hope to help you through the unknown. We can't change the past and we don't know the future so the best thing to do is focus on the present and do the best we can every day. :)
